Translating to ‘guava water’, agua de guayaba is a Mexican drink with three simple ingredients - guava, sugar and water. This recipe from Maricruz Avalos Kitchen couldn’t be easier to make.
The best part about this recipe? Other than chopping the flower-end off the guava, there’s very little waste since we add whole fruit to the blender - peel, seeds, and all!
The result is a sweet, refreshing drink with gorgeous tropical flavours that’s packed with vitamin C. Yum!
