Banana & mango overnight oats

Ingredients

1/2 mango

1 banana

40g oats

2 tbsp maple syrup

2 tbsp chia seeds

120ml unsweetened almond milk


Preparation

  1. Put the fresh mango and banana in a blender. Blend until smooth.

  2. Pour this fruit mix into 2 glasses or ramekins and put them in the fridge to set.

  3. In a bowl, mix the oats, syrup, chia seeds and milk.

  4. Spoon the oat mixture on top of the fruity base and keep the ramekins in the fridge overnight.

  5. The next morning, add any toppings you would like, then enjoy!



Tips

To store: Keep these oats in the fridge overnight, and eat the morning after you prepare them.
