Blackberry & banana overnight oats recipe

Because you prepare it the night before, you can just take it from the fridge and enjoy straightaway.

Nutritional content

Prep time: 5 minutes


  • 145g blackberries

  • 1 banana

  • 120ml almond milk

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 45g rolled oats


  1. Put the blackberries and half a banana in a blender with the almond milk and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.

  2. Pour into a bowl or jar, then add the oats. Stir well.

  3. Cover, then put in the fridge overnight.

  4. Before eating, chop the other half of your banana and put it on top with some extra blueberries.


To store: We recommend eating these overnight oats the day after you prepare them.
