Bok choy & green bean stir fry recipe

Tasty, refreshing and full of flavour, this dish from All Recipes couldn’t be easier to make.


The perfect starting point for getting creative in the kitchen, it’s easy to adapt with other veggies, seasonings and sauces, and you can even add your favourite protein for a heartier dish too.

Ingredients: 

1 tsp peanut oil

3 tbsp minced shallots

2 carrots, sliced

125g green beans, cut into 1 inch pieces

70g bok choy, chopped

70ml vegetable broth

1 tbsp soy sauce


Instructions:

  1. Put a large pan on a high heat and warm the oil.

  2. Once the oil is warm, add the shallots and cook for 3 minutes.

  3. Add the carrots and cook for 3 minutes.

  4. Add the green beans and cook for 2 minutes.

  5. Add the bok choy and cook for 2 minutes.

  6. Add the broth, bring to a simmer, and cook for 2 minutes.

  7. Add the soy sauce, stir well, and serve hot.
