A healthy twist on your favourite snack, this is a great low-fat recipe.

Whether you have them with a salad or your favourite burger, it’s a great way to do something different with the carrots in your EroeGo box.

Ingredients

  • 500g carrots, peeled and cut into 1cm thick fries

  • 1 tbsp cornflour Seasoning

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 1 tsp tarragon, finely chopped

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200℃.

  2. Put the carrots in a bowl with the cornflour and a little pepper. Mix thoroughly.

  3. Add the oil and toss until the carrots are covered.

  4. Line a baking tray with baking paper, and put the carrots on top in a single layer.

  5. Put the tray in the oven and bake for 40 to 45 minutes, turning the carrots halfway through.

  6. In a bowl, mix the tarragon with a little salt.

  7. Once the fries are cooked, toss with the tarragon and salt mixture.


Tips

To store: We recommend eating these carrot fries straightaway.
