Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200℃.
Put the carrots in a bowl with the cornflour and a little pepper. Mix thoroughly.
Add the oil and toss until the carrots are covered.
Line a baking tray with baking paper, and put the carrots on top in a single layer.
Put the tray in the oven and bake for 40 to 45 minutes, turning the carrots halfway through.
In a bowl, mix the tarragon with a little salt.
Once the fries are cooked, toss with the tarragon and salt mixture.

To store: We recommend eating these carrot fries straightaway.
