Preparation
In a large saucepan, combine the sugar and water, and add in the cranberries. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, for around 15 minutes - until the berries pop.
Take it off the heat and allow the mixture to cool slightly.
In a large bowl, combine all the fruit.
Finally, add the cranberry mixture and stir everything gently. Put it in the fridge until you’re ready to serve.
