The kids’ favourite snack made healthier, this recipe by salt n sprinkles is quick and easy, and it isn’t packed with sugar!
More wholesome than store bought sweets, you can use a whole range of fresh fruits like apples, peaches, oranges, blueberries, strawberries, mango and grapes.
A great chance to get the kids involved in the cooking, they’ll love experimenting with different flavour combinations to find their favourite.
When it comes to creating the actual sweets, we recommend using a silicone mould so you can make fun shapes, but you can always do without to avoid buying extra equipment - just let the mixture set in a pan or tray and cut into individual gummies.
