Start by slicing each jalapeño in half lengthwise.
Remove the seeds and the white membrane inside the peppers.
In a mixing bowl, stir together the cream cheese, garlic, lemon juice, onions, parsley, half of the chredded cheese, half of the breadcrumbs.
Add your salt and pepper.
Fill each pepper with the filling.
Then sprinkle with remaining shredded cheese and breadcrumbs..
Bake in tray lined with parchment paper in a preheated oven to 180-degree for 10 to 15 minutes till golden brown.
Make sure to broil for 2-3 minutes!
