Jalapeño Poppers

Picture this: bite-sized pockets of fiery joy, crispy and cheesy, with a zesty kick that'll have you reaching for seconds (and thirds). Not only do these poppers bring the heat, but they're also the ultimate crowd-pleasing appetizer that'll steal the show at your next gathering. And the best part? They're ready in just under 30 minutes, leaving you more time to savor the spicy goodness.


Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook time: 15 minutes

Serves: 4-6 people


  • 5 jalapeños

  • 100g of Cream Cheese.

  • 100 g of your favorite cheese grated.

  • 1 Green onion.

  • 3 tbsp Parsley shopped,

  • 1 garlic mashed,

  • 1/4 cup Bread crumbs,

  • Salt & pepper,


  1. Start by slicing each jalapeño in half lengthwise.

  2. Remove the seeds and the white membrane inside the peppers.

  3. In a mixing bowl, stir together the cream cheese, garlic, lemon juice, onions, parsley, half of the chredded cheese, half of the breadcrumbs.

  4. Add your salt and pepper.

  5. Fill each pepper with the filling.

  6. Then sprinkle with remaining shredded cheese and breadcrumbs..

  7. Bake in tray lined with parchment paper in a preheated oven to 180-degree for 10 to 15 minutes till golden brown.

  8. Make sure to broil for 2-3 minutes!

  9. ENJOY!


Leave the stem of the Jalapeño attached when slicing them in half, as it provides a nice handle for the poppers.
