Ingredients

4 tomatoes, chopped into small chunks

1 onion, finely chopped

3 tbsp tomato ketchup

Salt

Handful of coriander, chopped

Preparation

  1. Mix together the tomatoes, onion and ketchup along with a pinch of salt.

  2. Keep in the fridge until you’re ready to serve.

  3. Before serving, stir through the chopped coriander.


Tips

To store: Keep the relish in an airtight container and put it in the fridge for up to 3 days.
