Ingredients

  • 450g okra, rinsed and dried

  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme

  • 1/2 tsp dried rosemary

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

  • Seasoning

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200℃.

  2. Prepare the okra. Cut off the ends then slice in half lengthways. Put the pieces in a large bowl.

  3. Add the oil, thyme, rosemary, garlic powder and seasoning, then mix well so the okra is covered.

  4. Next, put the veg on a baking tray in a single layer.

  5. Roast for 15 minutes, turn the okra, then roast for another 10 - 15 minutes, until golden.


Tips

To store: We recommend serving these okra chips hot and eating them straight away.
