Preheat the oven to 200℃.
Prepare the okra. Cut off the ends then slice in half lengthways. Put the pieces in a large bowl.
Add the oil, thyme, rosemary, garlic powder and seasoning, then mix well so the okra is covered.
Next, put the veg on a baking tray in a single layer.
Roast for 15 minutes, turn the okra, then roast for another 10 - 15 minutes, until golden.
To store: We recommend serving these okra chips hot and eating them straight away.
