But, the best part? It uses the stalks and stems too, making it a great recipe for reducing food waste.

Ingredients:
800g pak choi
450g broccoli
120ml water
1 bell pepper, cut into strips
2 tbsp oil
1.5 tbsp garlic, minced
1 tbsp ginger, finely grated
3 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions:
Cut the white stems of the pak choi into one-inch pieces and shred the leaves.
Break the head of the broccoli into small florets, then peel the stalk and slice it.
Add the water to a large wok and heat until boiling.
Add the pak choi stems and broccoli stalks. Lower the temperature so the water is simmering, cover the wok, and simmer for 4 minutes.
Uncover the wok, raise the heat and add the bell pepper and broccoli florets. Cook for around 4 minutes, until the veg is tender.
Add the pak choi leaves, oil, garlic and ginger. Mix everything well and cook for 1 minute.
Add the soy sauce, mix everything well, and serve.
