Passion fruit and pomegranate fruit salad recipe

The most refreshing fruit salad, this recipe from Nicolas Pujol is full of gorgeous tropical flavours. 

Incredibly simple to throw together, it makes the most delicious - and nutritious! - breakfast or snack.

Whether you eat it alone or add a dollop of your favourite yoghurt, it’s the perfect way to start the day.


Prep time: 10 minutes

Serves: 1 people


1 mango

1 passion fruit 

2 tbsp pomegranate seeds


  1. Carefully peel and chop the mango.

  2. Place the mango chunks in a bowl or on a plate.

  3. Cut the passion fruit in half. 

  4. Pour the passion fruit juice and seeds over your mango slices.

  5. Halve the pomegranate, scoop out the seeds, and sprinkle on top of your mango and passion fruit mix.

Storage tips

We recommend eating this fruit salad straight away.
