  • Ingredients

  • 1 pear, cored

  • 1 banana, peeled

  • 30g porridge oats

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 110g low fat natural yogurt

  • 250ml apple juice

  • Handful of ice cubes

Preparation


  1. Put all the ingredients in your blender.

  2. Blend until the mixture is smooth.

  3. Serve straight away.
