Rainbow pizza recipe

It isn’t always easy to get the kids eating their veggies, but this is a great way to sneak some into their diet, because - let’s be honest - who doesn’t love pizza?

A super simple recipe adapted from The Gingered Whisk, it’s really quick and fun to make. Get the kids involved and they’ll finally get excited about eating their 5-a-day!

Encourage them to pick the ingredients, challenge them to find veggies of different colours, then have them roll out the dough and add the toppings - they could even make fun designs or shapes.

For the toppings, we recommend using veggies like bell pepper, tomatoes, shredded carrot, corn, spinach, broccoli and onions, but you could get really creative by adding ingredients like kale, cooked beetroot and roasted sweet potato.

Which toppings will you use?
