Tender coconut smoothie

When the weather’s hot, there’s nothing better than sipping on a delicious, refreshing smoothie.

This amazing recipe from brings together a wonderful flavour combination, using tender coconut, raspberries, apples and bananas.

Incredibly quick and easy to put together, the kids will love helping to make it too.

65g raspberries

50g banana, peeled & chopped

30g apple, unpeeled & chopped

125ml tender coconut water

4 ice cubes


  1. Prepare all of your ingredients as mentioned in the ingredients list.

  2. To extract the water from a tender coconut, just slice the top off the fruit, pour out the water and strain it, to get rid of any bits of flesh or skin.

  3. Take all your prepared ingredients and put them in a mixer.

  4. Blend until smooth.

  5. Serve chilled.


To store: We recommend drinking this smoothie straightaway.
