Preparation
Prepare all of your ingredients as mentioned in the ingredients list.
To extract the water from a tender coconut, just slice the top off the fruit, pour out the water and strain it, to get rid of any bits of flesh or skin.
Take all your prepared ingredients and put them in a mixer.
