Tips on starting an impact-driven business

EroeGo is all about making an impact.

In a world where one-third of the food produced doesn’t reach consumers, and where food waste is causing 8% of global greenhouse gas emissions, change needs to happen.

So, EroeGo was born to fight food waste.

Working in the UAE where 1 million tonnes of food is wasted every year, costing the country around $4.2 billion annually, it’s a business that was created to make the world a better place.

The brainchild of entrepreneur Daniel Solomon, it’s the first ‘ugly’ food delivery service in the region.

We work hard to do our bit, helping the UAE reach its target of cutting food waste by 50% by 2030, all while fighting inequality at the same time.

But, starting a business is no easy task - and, when your mission is to have such a huge impact, there’s a lot on the line.
