Veg Samosa's from Moreish By K.

We are super excited to share we have teamed up with UAEs Samosa Queen Kunwal from Moreish By K. For Ramadan she created this super tasty bespoke recipe for our HeroGo community. Moreish by K has launched Dubai's first zero-waste delivery kitchen. So of course we are like two peas in a pod.

Nutritional content

Servings: 10 Samosas

Cooking time: 30 minutes


  • Samosa sheets 10x

  • Cubed Potatoes 1 cup

  • Cubed Beetroot 1 cup

  • Cubed Carrots 1 cup

  • Cubed Onions 1/3 cup

  • Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp

  • Cumin Powder 1t sp

  • Coriander Powder 1 tsp

  • Chilli Powder 11/2 tsp

  • Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Pepper 1/4 tsp Oil 1/4 cup


  • Yoghurt 1 cup

  • Chopped Coriander Leaves 1 cup

  • Chopped Mint 1/3 cup

  • Green Chili 2 pcs

  • small Finely Chopped Garlic 1 bp

  • Cumin Powder 1 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp



  1. Boil the cubed potatoes, carrots and beetroot for 10minutes.

  2. In a separate pan add the oil and sauté The onions for 3minutes or wait untilit's golden brown.

  3. Add all the spices and add a little water, stir well.

  4. After a few minutes add the boiled vegetables. Further cook on low heat, place lid on for 5minutes.

  5. Take the pan off the stove, and let rest till a temperature comfortable to roll samosas in.

  6. Heat the oil for 175 degrees Celsius, fry the samosas until golden brown.


  1. In ablender, add the coriander, mint, green chilli and blend into a paste by adding a little bit of water and the yoghurt.

  2. Once done, add salt, cuminpowder and the green paste from above step. Mix well and serve


To store: Serve immediately and enjoy your tasty Veg Samosa's with HerbyChutney
