Preparation
Sieve the flour, baking soda and baking powder into a bowl and mix well.
In another bowl, mash the banana with a fork, then slowly add the milk, combining well.
Add the flour mix to the banana mix and combine slowly.
Put a frying pan over a medium-high heat, then use a ladle to add some of the batter to the pan.
Cook until the edges begin to set and the top starts to bubble, then flip it.
Cook the other side for 2 minutes at most.
Once it’s ready, serve straight away with your favourite toppings.
Continue until you’ve used all the batter.
