Not only is it full of natural goodness, but it’s so delicious, that it’ll feel like such a treat as the temperature starts to rise.

Calories 220 kcal | Ingredients ● 455g watermelon, rind removed, flesh cubed & seeds removed ● 225g cherries, pitted ● 3 tsp fresh mint, chopped ● 1 tsp fresh mint, chopped ● 120-235ml water ● Honey or maple syrup (optional) |

Preparation
Prepare the watermelon and cherries as outlined in the ingredients.
Put the fruit pieces in a bag and place them in the freezer until frozen - this usually takes 2 or 3 hours.
Once frozen, put them in a blender with the lime juice, mint and 120ml of water.
Blend until smooth.
If needed, add some more water to thin it out a little.
If you’d like to make it sweeter, just add a little honey or maple syrup.
Serve straight away.
