Winter fruit salad recipe


Simple yet delicious, you can’t go wrong with this fruit salad recipe by Nutrition for ME.

Serves: 8 people


Ingredients: 

5 kiwis, peeled & sliced

3 mandarins, clementines or oranges, peeled & segmented

2 bananas, peeled & sliced

2 pears, cored & diced

2 apples, cored & diced

2 tbsp fresh mint leaves, finely chopped

1 tbsp fresh lime juice

1 tbsp honey


Instructions:

  1. Add the kiwi, mandarins, bananas, pears and apples to a large bowl, then add the mint leaves.

  2. Add the lime juice and honey to a smaller bowl. Whisk until well combined.

  3. Pour this mixture over your fruit and gently toss so the fruit is covered.

  4. Serve immediately, or cover and keep in the fridge for up to 2 hours before serving.
