Prep time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp oil

  • 5 pak choi ends, quartered

  • 1 broccoli stem, julienned

  • 4-5 coriander stems, chopped

  • Peel from 1-2 carrots

  • 1 chilli, chopped

  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce

  • 2 tsp soy sauce

Preparation

  1. Put the oil in a frying pan over a high heat.

  2. Add the scraps from your pak choi, broccoli, coriander and carrot, then stir well.

  3. Add 2 tablespoons of water and let the veggies steam until the water has all cooked off.

  4. Add the chilli, oyster sauce and soy sauce, stir well and cook for a few more minutes, until the veg has softened.

  5. Serve alone or with noodles.


Tips

To store: We recommend eating this stir fry straight away.
