Preparation
Put the oil in a frying pan over a high heat.
Add the scraps from your pak choi, broccoli, coriander and carrot, then stir well.
Add 2 tablespoons of water and let the veggies steam until the water has all cooked off.
Add the chilli, oyster sauce and soy sauce, stir well and cook for a few more minutes, until the veg has softened.
Serve alone or with noodles.
