Overview:

Prep Time: 5 minutes Freeze time: 3hours +

Serves: snack

Ingredients

  • 2 tbs of honey

  • Handfull of berries

  • 1 cup of yoghurt

Directions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Mix the Greek yogurt and honey until well combined. Taste and adjust the sweetness with more honey if desired

  3. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Use a spatula to spread it evenly into a rectangle or oval shape, about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.

  4. Sprinkle the mixed berries over the yogurt, evenly distributing them across the surface.

  5. Carefully transfer the baking sheet to the freezer. Allow the yogurt bark to freeze for at least 3 hours or until completely solid.

  6. Once frozen, remove the baking sheet from the freezer. The bark should be solid enough to break into pieces.

  7. ENJOY!

Tips!

If you want some added texture, sprinkle granola over the yogurt and berries. This will give your bark a satisfying crunch.
