Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook time: 25 minutes

Serves: 2 people

Ingredients

  • 1 Cauliflower

  • 1/2 Cup of flour

  • 2/3 Cup of milk

  • 2 tsp Paprika

  • 1 tsp of Garlic or Onion powder

  • 100g of Cornflakes



Directions

  1. Chop the cauliflower into bite size pieces.

  2. Mix flour, milk, paprika and garlic/onion powder in a bowl.

  3. Mash the cornflakes and set it aside in another bowl.

  4. Dip the cauliflower pieces in to the flour and milk mixture.

  5. Then coat the cauliflower pieces with cornflakes.

  6. Place the pieces on a baking tray and bake for 20-25min at 200°C

  7. ENJOY!

Dip your cauliflower nuggets in to some BBQ sauce or some Honey Mustard!
