Citrus smoothie recipe

Sometimes only a thirst-quenching smoothie will do, and in the run up to winter, this is the only one to make!

Not only is it nice and refreshing, but thanks to all the oranges and satsumas, it’s bursting with vitamin C too.

Perfect for boosting your immune system in plenty of time for cold-weather season, this vibrant breakfast or snack is the tastiest way to keep your body healthy.

With Greek yogurt for added creaminess and honey for an irresistible sweetness, it’ll always go down a treat.

Prep time: 5 minutes

Serves: 2 people

Ingredients:

2 oranges

4 satsumas

125g Greek yogurt

120ml water or coconut water

1 banana

1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)

Ice cubes (optional)
