Overview:

Prep time: 5 minutes

Serves: 2 people

Ingredients:

2 apples

1/2 banana, sliced

Peanut butter

Raisins or chocolate chips

Almonds, sliced

1 passion fruit

Instructions:

  1. Wash all the fruit.

  2. The apples will be your monsters’ heads. Cut a slice out of each one to create a mouth.

  3. Slice a banana - these will be the eyes. Use a little peanut butter to stick them to the apple.

  4. For the pupils, use a bit more peanut butter to stick a raisin or chocolate chip onto each banana slice.

  5. Take the almond slices and stick into the sliced section of the apple to make teeth.

  6. Cut the passion fruit in half and scoop out the pulp.

  7. Use a spoon to drizzle the pulp out of the monster’s mouth to create a drooling effect.

  8. Display your monsters on a spooky Halloween plate to create a fang-tastic centrepiece for your party.
