You will honestly never know the cauliflower is in there and it adds so much creaminess, fibre and nutrients.This smoothie is packed with protein and will keep you feeling full and satisfied for hours!




Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower

  • 1/2 cup frozen banana

  • 1/2 cup coconut or almond milk

  • 1 cup kale / spinach or mixed

  • 1 heaped tablespoon Greek yogurt

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds




Directions

Add everything to a high speed blender and pulse until smooth !


Tip!

Add protein powder, 1/2 cup of additional water and ice to inject even more protein!
